Dr. Gupta has over a decade of pain management experience. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty certification in pain medicine. After graduating with his Bachelor of Science in biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, Dr. Gupta received his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York.
He completed a medical internship at Brockton Hospital in Brockton, Massachusetts, and finished his training with a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Dr. Gupta graduated from the interventional pain management program at Louisiana State Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
He maintains his credentials with continuing education and memberships in professional societies. Dr. Gupta is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Society of Anesthesiology, and San Diego Medical Society.
